Sweatshops/Child Labor

If it was made in sweatshops or by child labor do not buy it.  No article of clothing is worth supporting companies who exploit people.

Here are some popular clothing companies that use sweatshops/child labor:

Forever 21, Urban Outfitters (also anti-gay marriage aka human rights), H&M, Victoria's Secret

Shocked, right?  There are more companies that use unethical ways to get their products massed produced, too.  I know it is really hard to know where your goods come from but it is our rights as humans to choose morals over fashion.  Cruelty free is ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION.  No top or shoe is worth another human's pain and suffering.

Also, everything Forever 21 sells is tacky as fuck.  Please everyone for the love of God stop shopping there.  PLEASE.  Just stop.

Hair Care Routine

Ok, I am going to be honest here.  In the past I did not take very good care of my hair.  I hardly used heat protectant, I used cheap shampoo/conditioners (nothing wrong with that but I had no idea what was in them!), I dyed my hair a lot and bleached the absolute hell of it sometimes, never trimmed my hair, and did not use ceramic heat stylers.  I am trying to change that now!  I recently cut my hair to a little past shoulder length to get rid of my ombre ends.  I was and am so over that trend.  Now I am just trying to grow my hair out really long.

Shampoo:
I shampoo my hair every 2-4 days.  On days when it's not very oily but I want to clean my hair anyways I use Wen Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner.  This stuff is amazing.  It smells supurb and it makes my roots feel so soft.  There are no sulfates in this shampoo which is why I love it.

On days where my hair feels super oily I use Kiehl's Amino Acid Shampoo.  It has pure coconut Oil in it and it is silicone and paraben free!

Deep Conditioner:

For deep conditioner I use the Macadamia deep repairing mask.  I LOVE IT.  Def one of my favorite deep conditioners OF ALL TIME.

Hair Oil:

I am a hair oil fan all the way.  I apply Moroccan oil on my hair when my hair is about 60% dry from about the bottom of my ears and down.  I love it, it makes my ends soft and not damaged.

Heat Protectant Spray:

The heat protectant I use is pretty rad.  I use the It's a 10 miracle leave-in product.  I am sure everyone has heard of this product before.  It is amazing and you should totally try it.

Other:

I have been using "beauty vitamins" to help my hair grow healthy.  Also foods like salmon, nuts, and deep green vegetables are great for hair. Exercise never hurts either.

Photo of my hair, for length reference.  Taken last night, tired as hell.
